Clitheroe Shah Consultancy Services Limited was established by Manjul Shah in 2011 to support private, public and voluntary organisations to manage their affordable housing development programmes. Manjul has over 27 years’ experience within the social housing sector and has a successful track record of delivering housing, development and regeneration projects from planning, construction, financing and onward sale to Registered Providers.
Our aim is to make the delivery of affordable housing simple to understand, administer and manage. We currently support a number of Registered Providers to deliver their growth ambitions, and have developed a unique relationship with agents, developers and contractors which aim to create new opportunities and establish longer term strategic partnerships.
We take a multi-disciplinary approach to support our clients to address specific needs, challenges and opportunities in delivering affordable housing across London and the Home Counties. We do this through an established network of architects, contractors, developers, private investors, local authorities, planning consultants, quantity surveyors, registered valuers and many other consultants.
